1 oz. lemon juice
hot water

2 oz. American Dry Gin
8-10 blueberries
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice
soda water

Method:  Muddle berries & Gin,
add simple syrup & lemon juice
add ice and top with soda water

1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. chai syrup

1/4 oz. orange liqueur
1/2 fresh lime squeezed

Method: In shaker; muddle blackberries, add Tequila, Blackberry & orange Liqueur, fresh lime, ice, shake & strain
