Agave Spirits

Our premium Agave Spirit begins with Tequilana Blue Webber variety of agave harvested in Mexico and retains the unique flavors of the terroir. The agave nectar is fermented, distilled and blended with pure spring water from the mountains of Humboldt County, CA. Our “reposado” is barrel aged for at least two months in used whiskey barrels.

Enjoy the sweet and spicy aromatics with flavors of caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, and spice. Salud!

Our premium Malt Whiskey is distilled and blended with pure mountain spring water collected in the mountains of Humboldt County, California.

Jewell – Citron Vodka

80 Proof – 40% ABV – 750 ml

Ingredients: Jewell Citron Vodka is distilled from Grain Spirits of Organic Italian Wheat. This is a unique and exciting spirit made from Buddha Hand Citron fruit that is sourced direct from the ranch in California. The fruit is both macerated and vapor infused in the still, then blended with pure mountain spring water to capture the finest flavors possible.

Tasting notes: Jewell Citron Vodka offers exotic citrus aromas and flavors of lemon oil, soft herbal notes and a hint of citrus blossom on the finish.

How to drink: Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in a favorite craft cocktail.

American Dry Gin from Jewell Distillery is distilled with organic Italian wheat using traditional Gin spices along with chamomile, rose petals, Szechuan peppercorns and fresh lime.

This is our take on a “London Dry” style Gin, with a balanced flavor profile and an exceptionally smooth finish.

Tasting notes: Jewell Gin has exceptional and unique flavors derived from blending juniper berries from 2 countries with 2 citrus fruits, coriander, star of anise, licorice root, rosemary and spices. The process of vapor infusion of botanicals in the “Gin Basket” on the still create a full bodied spirit with a more nuanced flavor profile and a long exotic finish.
